Basin Rubber Pad Structural Features and Function
Working principle: the nature of liquid of elastic rubber pad in semi-closed steel cavity under three-directional force is used for turn of superstructure; meanwhile, the low friction coefficient between middle steel plate polyfluortetraethylene and stainless steel plate of upper stay plate for horizontal displacement of superstructure. According to the experimental data, the compressive elastic modulus of rubber under confined state is 5×10kg/cm, an increase of 20 times compared with the modulus without lateral constraint, so the load capacity of the pad is significantly increased, solving the limit of ordinary rubber load capacity. So, basin rubber paid is a new product meeting high load capacity, high horizontal displacement and high turn angle needs.
